Advanced Publishing

The powerful publishing features allow you to control when a page is made public. If you wish you can also have a page removed again on a selected date. For sites that require more control, an optional approval process assures that only selected users can decide if and when a page is ready to be published.

Page Status & Version History

Every page's status is clearly marked so that content providers can stay organised. Flags show if a page is in draft mode, currently being worked on, ready to be reviewed or soon to be published. Prior versions of pages are stored with optional comments so that rolling back to a previous date is no problem.

Easy to use

Because of the user friendly interface and powerful inline editing tools, even people that are not familiar with HTML can now manage everything from individual pages to entire sites. The integrated media repository and the centrally stored templates ensure a professional and consistent look throughout the whole company.

More features

Editing

Unlike many web content products on the market today, Hyperwave Web Content Management has a true WYSIWYG editor. Here what you see is really what you get. This unique feature makes editing pages incredibly easy and eliminates those nasty surprises when saving changes.

Navigation

As you build up your site, a navigation is created for you automatically and instantly updates as you add and remove pages. You can easily change the navigation order and even hide items if you wish. Folders can be used to organize larger sites. The pages within a folder are displayed in a second level navigation.

Members

Flexible role management allows you to decide who makes changes to the site and who gets to see it. Your site can be open to the public or be made available to just those individuals that you select.

Separation of content and layout

Many web content management systems mix content and layout. As a result most of the content can only be used once. With Hyperwave WCM you can reuse your content on as many pages as you like, giving you unmatched flexibility and consistency.

Cutting edge technology

Hyperwave WCM makes use of the latest Web 2.0 technologies such as XML, CSS and AJAX to ensure maximum performance and customization. Here are a few key points that make Hyperwave WCM stand out:

  • Intuitive, easy to use Wiki
